Changes to the Payroll System for the June 2015 RG1 pay cycle:

  • Summer Session QTRs:
    The summer session value for Qualified Tuition Reductions (QTR’s) have been processed this pay cycle. The full value $1,446.00. QTR’s cannot be charged to State funds. QTR’s are contributions paid by the department. The cost of the QTR is shown in the contributions portion of the QPREXP conversation in DEPPS Inquiry. There were 151 QTR’s processed.
  • Colorado State income Taxes:
    Established GTN 284 for withholding state income taxes for five (5) individuals working in Colorado.
