This column lists some of your year-to-date totals (examples listed below).

YTD Gross is the sum of each pay cycle’s total gross earnings, from Dec. 16th of the previous year through Dec. 15th of the current year. is the sum of each pay cycle’s total gross earnings, from Dec. 16th of the previous year through Dec. 15th of the current year.
FIT Gross FIT Gross results from subtracting the total reductions for each pay cycle from the YTD Gross. This is the figure that goes in Box 1 of your W-2 Form.
Fed Inc Tax Fed Inc Tax (Federal Income Tax) represents the year-to-date amount of federal income tax which has been deducted from each pay period.
OASI Gross OASI Gross represents Old Age Survivors Insurance, also known as social security. The amount listed on your December 1st half earnings statement or pay stub is what goes in Box 3 on your W-2 Form.
OASI Tax OASI Tax is the year-to-date amount of social security tax that has been withheld from your paycheck.
Med Gross Med Gross (Medicare gross) represents the year-to-date amount of gross pay subject to the hospital insurance deduction. This amount goes in Box 5 on your W-2 Form.
Med Tax Med Tax (Medicare tax) is the year-to-date amount of Medicare tax that has been withheld from your paycheck.

Tax Status

This section represents two items. The first item is your tax status, which might be Married, Single or Percentage. The second component of Tax Status is either the number of withholding allowances or the amount of the percentage of withholding.

CK/ADV NO (Check or Advice Number)

This number represents the unique payment number given to each paycheck or earnings statement advice if the employee is on direct deposit.

DIST (Distribution Number)

This is an internal code identifying where the earnings distribution was distributed to before payday.
