Changes to the Payroll System for the January 2014 RG2 pay cycle:

• Graduate Student Payroll Deductions for Tuition:
  One eighth of the amount guaranteed for payroll deduction has been processed this paycycle for 893 graduate students who authorized payroll deductions for their residual tuition. Deductions continue through the 05/23/14 payday.
• YTD HSA Deduction:

  To assist employees who are enrolled in the Health Savings Account deduction plan the year to date withheld amount now appears in the year to date section on the right side of the earnings statement so employees can monitor their yearly deduction amount so as not to exceed their limit.
